We were also having issues with the game. Things were glitching, and lagging beyond bearable. I think I finally fixed it and we have been playing smoothly since. (Knocks on wood).
We start off getting a few more critters for Auro's collection.
Two more down, even if you can't see this one.
This is pretty much how we spend our time. Collecting, running to the next one, collecting some more.
I think he has like 10 critters at home, so we started selling the ones we were collecting now.
Auro: Owww! It bit me!
"Hazards of the trade kiddo."
Auro: Stupid bird, I have one like you already!
Then he found another one! This one we decided to sell, got $838 for that one bird we did!
The days crept up on us and it wasn't long before it was Jenny's elder birthday.
She actually didn't look much different. She still bitched like the young Jenny too!
Since Auro decided to keep the Falcon, he had to let his other bird go. There just was no more room for cages! So he said goodbye to his bluebird.
Then he welcomed Falcor to the house.
Cute little guy!
Jenny: Why do we have another animal?
"Because it was cute, and he wanted it!"
Jenny: We have too many as it is.
"Yeah, yeah, you sound like my husband when I want another critter.Anyways, he got rid of one to keep one, so shuuushh."
Look who does a walk by! Aquamarine! She has gotten married, and had one daughter named Marla. I am not sure if I mentioned that before, if not, I am mentioning it now. I did not know this at the time, but she was pregnant here with her second daughter Shanita.
Amaranth's birthday was next. She had mastered her writing skills and stayed on the honor roll pretty much her whole high school career. We got very little pictures of her because she was boring!
She turned out really pretty though! I love her blue eyes, even though I wish they were the pink, just cause I would of liked her as heir.
With Amaranth moved out (she joined the political career because she wants to be Leader of the Free World or something) we focus back on Auro and his LTW.
More collecting.
And more routing issues.
With just one more to go, we decide to not be picky. Auro finds a shrew or whatever it is and collects it to complete his LTW!
Hmmm now what to do? We have 5 days still till he is a YA. I decide it is time to start working on some other skills. First handy, since we have a broken dishwasher.
Crap, don't die!
He didn't, but he did start a fire! Dammit Auro!
Luckily everything was okay and no one died. Could you imagine, that would be my luck. Completed his LTW and died all in one night!
Auro: Why did you have me fix the dishwasher! Don't you love me!?
"I do! I'm sorry, I didn't think you'd get electrocuted and start a fire! I should of known with how much you trip all over the place!"
Auro: Hey! It's not my fault I'm clumsy! And you run into walls!
"Shhhh, the readers do not need to know that!"
Auro: Well if you are going to show off my faults, maybe they should know yours!
"Okay, I'm sorry! We good?"
Auro: Yeah, we're good.
With only a couple days left till he turns YA, I remember that Auro had a romantic interests at Prom. Iris Rudolph. Now if you remember, I am also doing a Riskacy, which means he doesn't, nor do I, get to pick who he ends up with. That means, no girlfriends to carry over. So with that, he invites Iris over so that he can ask her if they can just be friends.
She didn't take it so well. Which is funny since they haven't talked since prom!
After her little outburst, Auro apologizes and asks again if they can be friends. She listens to what he has to say.
And then freaks out again at him.
Guess that is a no?
Another birthday! This time it is Raz's.
With not a lot to do, Auro get's a job at the local grocery store. Apparently this store does not have the 'No Shirts, No Shoes, No Service' policy. His uniform includes bare feet!
The place is busy a lot with Crayola's. Apricot is our first to make an appearance. She red a book on the back bench while Auro worked, then came back after he got off work and did her grocery shopping.
Field trip day, and Aquamarines husband is the chaperone or teacher or stalker?
Asparagus is our next grocery store freaquenter.
I figured this is a good time to mention the little love 4 way between a girl named Gladys Sisk and three brothers. I believe I mentioned Gladys in another update as she was dating Asparagus. She has since broke up with Asparagus, started dating Artichoke, then broke up with Artichoke to go back to Asparagus. Then she breaks up with Asparagus to start dating Alien Armpit, and then breaks up with Alien to go back to Artichoke. Oh and then breaks up with.... well you get the idea, she does this all the time! I've dubbed her The Crayola Hopper!
This guy is Amaranth's husband Angel, he at least is faithful.
I finally got a picture of Marla, Aquamarine's daughter. She is a cute little toddler, but from what I can see as she ages to a child, she took on a lot of her dad's traits.
The Crayola Hopper must of heard me talking about her, because she shows up next at the store.
Amaranth: Crayola Hopper! Bwahahahahaaha!
Ugh, then Alien shows up and starts with the heart farts. She's not all that boys!
The Summer Festival arrived and so I decided it was time for a family outing! I let everyone do as they wanted once there and just sat back and watched.
Auro: HELP! I CAN'T SKATE!
"Then why did you even try!
Auro: I DON'T KNOW!
Then out of the blue, Jenny and Raz get into a fight and Raz leaves to go home. Soon after Jenny leaves. You guys suck! Poor Auro had to spend the rest of the day by himself.
The night just got worse. He spent money for a spray tan, that didn't do shit. Then got his face painted with a plumbob that didn't turn out to be a plumbob.
Jenny received a promotion at work.
And we see a couple more Crayola's leaving work.
Arsenic and Alien (I believe).
Apricot is pregnant now. She later gives birth to a baby boy named Jonah. She is married to Johnnie Something.
Auro: Is this Johnnie?
"Oh yes, that is him! That is Apricot's husband."
He then learned how to snorkel and found 3 shells.
I end this update with this little picture. Shhh don't let him know I showed you. He tripped getting back up onto shore.
Auro: Hey! Not cool man! Not cool!
